How to order

Our products can be ordered by any person of legal age, company or any type of legal person.

ORDERS via Shop

Orders directly from our online Shop are available to over 30 European countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

These type of orders can be paid directly with credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) or by bank transfer

Steps:

  • You start by creating an customer account on the www.veggofix.com/my-account/ and providing personal data necessary for the order being processed and delivered (e.g. name and surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, company name, company data). Read here our GDPR policy.
  • Then go to Shop and select the product you want to purchase and click on the “ADD TO CART” button for each product.
  • Then go to the CART (cart symbol on the upper bar) and set the quantities you want to buy. 
  • Follow the steps required to finalize the purchase by filling the forms correctly and completely.
  • Carefully read the website’s Terms and Conditions and confirm you read and understood the agreement. Without this step the order can not be placed.
  • Then proceed to pay via Plati.Online secured online payments platform or by bank transfer (mention the order number for easy payment identification).
  • You will receive the invoice by e-mail, with all the data regarding your valid order.
  • If the payment was made via bank transfer, please send the payment confirmation to contact@veggofix.com. 
  • The order will be considered valid only if: your data is complete and correct; the products ordered are in stock; there are no errors in the system that could generate incorrect prices or ridiculous prices (eg: zero price value); you paid the order.
  • If the order is not valid, the amount (products price and delivery price) will be available in your account in 1-30 days, depending on the bank issuing the card. Keep in mind that the money might have a delay in arriving to your account due to bank holidays or unforeseen situations that affect banks activity.
  • You can cancel your paid but not yet processed order (usually it takes us up to 24 h to process an order) by sending an e-mail to contact@veggofix.com. If the order was processed and you received an e-mail confirming this, you can no longer cancel your payment.
  • After us confirming your request, the amount (products price and delivery price) will be available in your account in 1-30 days, depending on the bank issuing the card.
 
ORDERS VIA EMAIL

At the moment, e-mail orders are the only option for orders larger than 30 kg or for orders from outside Europe

Please order by sending an e-mail to contact@veggofix.com.

When sending the e-mail please mention the following:

  • products you want to order (name, product code, link to the product page) and quantities;
  • invoicing data (full name, full legal address/ company name, registration data (Trade Registry, VAT code, Fiscal code etc), company legal address);
  • bank account and bank name for payment order;
  • delivery address;
  • contact phone.

If the order is valid (correct and complete data, products are in stock, prices are correct), we will confirm the order via e-mail in maximum 24 h by mentioning the estimated delivery time and delivery costs. At this moment you can re-confirm or cancel your order without justification.

We will send you the invoice to be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (payment link), after which please send the payment confirmation issued by your bank to contact@veggofix.com.

After receiving the payment confirmation, the order will be sent via delivery companies to the delivery address you provided.
