Return and refund Policy

On short, our return and refunds policy is as follows:

  1. VeggoFix products can only be returned if they were delivered in improper conditions or the quantities or assortments do not correspond to the order.
  2. VeggoFix products cannot be returned if they have been opened, contaminated, kept in improper conditions (heat and humidity above average) or the packaging has been damaged.
  3. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent to the delivery address.

Order cancellation 

You can cancel your paid but not yet processed order (usually it takes us up to 24 h to process an order) by sending an e-mail to contact@veggofix.com. If the order was already processed and you received an e-mail confirming this, you can no longer cancel your payment.

After us confirming your request, the amount (products price and delivery price) will be available in your account in 1-30 days, depending on the bank issuing the card.

Products return

You have the right to return products purchased on www.veggofix.com OR ordered via e-mail in the following situations:

  • the parcel has severe damage that affects the integrity of the product(s)*;
  • the products were delivered incorrectly (the incorrect asortiment or quantities);
  • the products do not correspond to the description on the website.

*In this case we prefer you to refuse to receive the parcel and to inform us as soon as possible about the situation at contact@veggofix.com.

Your return request has to be approved by us via e-mail.  In case of defects or missing products you have to provide proof (pictures or videos of the parcel and/or products).

  1. You have to notify us by e-mail at contact@veggofix.com withing 14 days of receiving the product(s). Otherwise the right to return & refund will no longer be available.

2. After the return was accepted by us (you will be informed via e-mail), you have to return the product(s) within 14 days

3. The product(s) has/have to be send to us in the same conditions in which they were delivered to you (not opened, not damaged, not contaminated, not kept in improper conditions etc) and accompanied by shipping documents and a return form (printed or hand written). 4. The return delivery costs will be paid by us only if you return the parcel with a courier company designated by us. If you choose another method, the return delivery cost will not be reimbursed.

5. You will receive the amount paid for the order (product prices and delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the products from you in good conditions. The money will be sent to your credit card or in your bank account (depending on the payment method used for the purchase).

For card payment orders, the amount will be returned on the same card used for the purchase.

According to EU and Romanian consumer protection laws, any online purchase can be annulled within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reasons, with exceptions of food products, cosmetics, underwear, any other products that cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons etc.  Therefore, our products are exempted from this type of return as they can be contaminated or deteriorated by improper storage and handling.
