Our products are delivered from Romania to over 30 European countries:

If you want VeggoFix products to be delivered to a country not listed above or if your order is larger than 30 kg, please sent an e-mail to contact@veggofix.com. 

Shipping times can vary from 2 up to 10 working days*, calculated from the moment your order was verified and confirmed by us. 

* The processing of an order can take up to 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Take into consideration that orders placed after 3 PM Romanian time (UTC + 3), will be processed the next working day.  

*Orders placed on Fridays after 3 PM, on Saturdays or on Sundays will be processed the next working day (usually the next Monday). 

For a smooth delivery process, please check the accuracy of the delivery address and contact data (phone and e-mail).

Please take into consideration the processing day(s) + courier delivery times for your area when you order.

We deliver our products with the following courier companies:

• SAMEDAY EASYBOX (only for Hungary, Bulgaria, and Romania)

Your order must arrive in plastic envelopes or cardboard boxes and never in other type of packaging.

If the package shows signs of severe damage, it’s dirty, torn, cut, unsealed or wet you can choose to receive or to refuse the parcel (we recommend the later!). If you do receive it, please know that VEGGOFIX can not be held responsible for any product decrease in quality or contamination. As soon as possible (preferably in the first 24 h), please send an e-mail to contact@veggofix.com to inform us about the situation.

Starting July 2024, the delivery prices are 50% off until the end of Year 2024.

Hungary: 5 Euro, 2-3 working days, Free delivery on orders over 50 Euro

Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia: 6.50 Euro, 3 – 6 working days, Free delivery on orders over 65 Euro

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland: 7.50 Euro, 5 – 7 working days, Free delivery on orders over 75 Euro

Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom: 9 Euro, 5 – 9 working days, Free delivery on orders over 90 Euro

Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Sweden: 15 Euro, 1 – 9 working days, Free delivery on orders over 150 Euro

Iceland, Norway: 18 Euro,  1 – 9 working days, Free delivery on orders over 180 Euro

• SAMEDAY EASYBOX lockers 

This type of delivery is available only for Hungary, Bulgaria, and Romania. Make sure to set your EASYBOX address as delivery address.

Hungary: 4 Euro, 2 – 3 working days

Bulgaria: 3.5 Euro, 2 – 3 working days

For European countries outside European Union – e.g. United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein etc, specific taxes (customs, VAT, etc) might apply. When placing an order you are agreeing to pay those taxes on delivery.

To all courier delivery times listed above add 24 h for order processing.

Keep in mind that orders received after 3 PM Romanian time (UTC + 3 hours) are processed the next working day. Weekend orders are processed on the next (working) Monday.

Moreover, during holidays and other busy times of the year (e.g. Black Friday, strikes), the delivery times can suffer delays.

You will be able to track your delivery using the AWB (parcel delivery identification number) received on your e-mail or SMS.

PAYMENT and PRICES

Prices

The products prices listed on the www.veggofix.com/shop are the final prices.  

If due to technical or human error the prices listed on the www.veggofix.com/shop are lower than the company’ set prices or if they are derisory, we reserve the right to correct them and notify you via e-mail. In this case, you have the right to accept the corrected prices or to cancel the order.

By placing an order you are accepting the products prices, delivery costs and eventual custom taxes. 

Payment methods

1. Currently the payment methods available for our online shop are online payments by CREDIT CARD or by BANK TRANSFER.
2. For e-mail orders payment can be done by BANK TRANSFER or with credit card via PAYMENT LINKS provided by Plati.Online. 

CREDIT CARD and PAYMENT LINKS 

Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro), if they have code CVV2/CVC2.

No additional commission is charged for online payments.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, payments are made in EURO at the exchange rate of your bank.

Card data processing is done exclusively on Plati.Online servers. The payment process is carried out by entering the card data on the secure payment page, followed by the bank authorization of the transaction through the 3D Secure system.

The safety of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Plati.Online does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends them encrypted over a secure connection to your bank. This way, your information is safe.

The payment will appear on your account statement with the name VEGGOFIX.

You can cancel your paid but not yet processed order (usually it takes us to 24 h for us to process an order) by sending an e-mail to contact@veggofix.com. If you already received the AWB for your parcel, then your order already left our warehouse and it can not be canceled.

After us confirming your request, the amount (products price and delivery price) will be available in your account in 1-30 days, depending on the bank issuing the card. Delays might occur due to bank holidays or other unexpected issues that affect bank activity.

BANK TRANSFER payments

For these type of payments please make sure you fill in correctly our bank account number (IBAN) and the order number.
