It’s ready in less than 15 minutes! An important aspect when you just arrived home, hungry, after a day of work. Or on holidays, when you need a satisfying quick meal.
Veggie Tortilla Wrap
recipe for 2 servings
Ingredients
Veggie balls: 200 g VEGGOFIX CURRY mix, 250 ml water, 1-2 tbsp oil
Salad: 1 lettuce, 1/4 small white cabbage, 1/4 small red cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 medium-size tomato
1-2 slices of (vegan) hard cheese
(vegan) mayonnaise
2 tortilla wraps
Preparation
Mix VEGGOFIX CURRY with a glass of water (250 ml). Shape as medium-sized veggie balls. Fry them for 3-6 minutes per side.
Chop veggies and heat-up the wraps in a pan.
Fill the wrap with VeggoFix Curry balls, veggies, cheese, mayo. Use the remaining veggies as side dish.
Enjoy & Repeat!
Tip: There is no need to wait after you add water to the VeggoFix Curry dry mix. Just start shaping the veggie balls right away.
